In October 2009 we built a new & bigger treatment room situated away from the gym floor and demolished the existing room to create additional gym floor space

In December 2009 we installed a new posh X-rack from Escape fitness comprising dumbbells from 1kg to 10kg in 1kg increments

In Janaury 2010 we replaced all of our dumbbells and racks with super new Technogym dumbbells - with lovely rotating hand grips to spare your wrists! We also created extra space on the Free weight area

In January 2010 we installed a new Thera Crunch abs bench and a new decline bench
